The implementation meeting for "7S" standard was held in Foshan Brilliant Plastic Co., Ltd in the morning of Oct 29 with the theme: sort and straighten, sweep and sanitary, safety and save. At the meeting people present carefully summed up the previous implementation of "7S" standard and the actual problems encountered in the process by the various departments and determine the next direction of work and implementation details.
The introduction of "7S" standards played a positive role in orderly management at all levels of the company. "7S" promotion plan and incentive measures were developed at the meeting and new scoring system for self-examination and self correction at all departments was established.
